Celebration of Hope dinner and auction, a very special event to raise awareness and money for the most vulnerable citizens in our community, children. The dinner and auction will be held on December 03, 2019.
Last year Celebration of Hope was a tremendous success with nearly 200 guests attending the sold-out event. The event raised more than $40,000 to support the training and education of our volunteers and most importantly the advocacy that CASA provides children.
Would you like to participate in this year’s Celebration of Hope?
Here are several ways you can participate:
The Celebration of Hope dinner and auction supports children like Daniel, a sweet 6-year-old boy who needed advocacy as a newborn.
Daniel came into care as an infant with bi-lateral club feet. Through the caring and perseverance of foster and adoptive parents and the advocacy of a dedicated CASA volunteer, Daniel was able to receive skilled care from Seattle Children’s Hospital to correct these defects. After a collective 18 months of casting which began at 9 days old and surgery at age 5, Daniel, now 6 years old, is thriving and has been dubbed “Danger Dan” by his parents as they watch him climbing, running and jumping on two healthy feet.
If you would like to make an in-kind donation such as a gift basket, concert tickets, or an experience you are sure others would enjoy we would be so grateful. All the proceeds from our auction items goes directly to training new volunteers and resources to continue advocating for the children of Kittitas County.
Tickets cost $50 per person and include admission and dinner.
We sell out every year so please purchase your tickets early and invite your friends to do so as well.
