DESCRIPTION:Cars\, Trucks\, Bikes\, Food\, Music\, Fun. Come join us for the 5th annual KCFD1 Car and Bike Show\, Saturday\, August 13th in Beautiful Thorp\, WA. 9 am to 2 pm. Trophies for various categories of vehicles\, door prizes\, and more. Stay tuned for additional information as we add more vendors and confirm food. All proceeds go to the KCFD1 volunteer association 501c3 which sponsors an annual scholarship to a graduating senior at Thorp School\, hosts several community events and assists with various children’s charities.

DESCRIPTION:Back to school is a time for children and youth to be excited about their futures and to reconnect with stability\, as they look forward to seeing their friends\, teachers\, and staff\, and return to their extra-curricular activities. The start of a new school year can be hectic for all types of families\, but it is especially challenging for children in the child welfare system. \n\n\n\nCourt Advocates for Children is hosting a Back-to-School supply drive starting now until September 1st! CASA will provide supplies to not only the children we serve but any child in need living in Kittitas County. The Team at Jerrol’s has graciously offered to support this campaign by promoting “Adopt a Local Student\,” an opportunity for you to fill a bag with school supplies for a child in need.
