#givingtuesday
GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of radical generosity to transform communities and the world.
#GIVINGTUESDAY
Launched in 2012 as a simple idea: to create a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past nine years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
GENEROSITY
At a time when we are all experiencing the pandemic, generosity is what
brings people of all races, faiths, and political views together across the
globe. Generosity gives everyone the power to make a positive change in
the lives of others and is a fundamental value anyone can act on.
OUR ASK
Court Advocates for Children humbly ask for your support.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer advocate or perhaps would like to donate to the program, we would be grateful.
We are currently advocating for over 100 children in Kittitas County and have 25 volunteers to do so.
It costs about $1400 per child per year to effectively advocate on their behalf. Since we are a non-profit, we rely solely on donations to keep our program going.
THANK YOU!
IDEAS
THERE ARE MANY WAYS YOU CAN CHANGE A CHILD’S STORY ON #GIVINGTUESDAY
How are you giving back? Share on social media with #GivingTuesday and inspire others to give together even when we’re apart.
VOLUNTEER
Volunteer with Court Advocates for Children – Abused and neglected children are often silenced by the adults in their lives. You can make their voices heard by becoming a volunteer court-appointed special advocate (CASA).
DONATE
Give to the organizations that you love most – no amount is too little and nonprofits need our support.
