Generations’ Annual Auction and Crab Feed Raises Funds for Children in Need
ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON – GENERATIONS, a local non-profit organization with a focus on pioneering businesses, opportunities, and community service for future generations has donated the proceeds from their annual auction and crab feed to Court Advocates for Children.
“Our organization is committed to supporting and investing in the future of our community, especially our children, who are the next generation of leaders,” said Bradley Meyer, a board member of Generations. “We are thrilled to be able to donate these funds to Court Advocates for Children and help ensure that they are able to continue their important work in supporting abused, neglected, and abandoned children in our community.”
Generations’ annual auction is a sold-out event that features a wide variety of auction items donated by businesses from around the county. Participants at the auction enjoy an all-you-can-eat crab dinner, making it a highly anticipated event within the community.
“We are grateful for this support from Generations and the community,” said Sandra Bankston of CourtAdvocates for Children. “This donation will allow us to continue to advocate for the best interests of children in our community who have experienced trauma and need support.”
This donation is part of Generations’ ongoing commitment to invest in and improve the community by supporting organizations that serve the needs of future generations.
