The second CRACKIN’ CRAB For Kids Dinner hosted by The Ellensburg Downtown Rotary Club Raised Over Eleven Thousand Dollars in Support of Volunteer Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs)
Ellensburg, WA – Court Advocates for Children is thrilled to announce that Court Advocates for Children has received a generous donation from the proceeds from The Ellensburg Downtown Rotary Club “CRACKIN’ CRAB for Kids” crab feed. This generous contribution of over $11,000 will go a long way in supporting our mission to advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
The Ellensburg Downtown Rotary Club’s Crackin Crab for Kids event is a fundraiser that aims to support Court Advocates for Children (local CASA program) and other rotary projects that focus on improving the lives of children in the community. This event brings together members of the community to enjoy delicious crab while raising money for a good cause.
During the event, attendees can feast on fresh crab while enjoying live music and participating in raffles and auctions. All proceeds from the event go towards supporting programs such as Court Advocates for Children. The Crackin Crab for Kids event not only helps to support important programs in the community, but it also serves as an opportunity for people to come together and enjoy a fun evening while making a positive impact. The Ellensburg Downtown Rotary Club is committed to making a difference in the lives of children in the community, and the Crackin Crab for Kids event is just one of the many ways they are accomplishing this goal.

We provide trained independent volunteers who promote and advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the justice system of Kittitas County.
